“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Eph 2:10
“So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.” (Col 2:6-7)
The time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.
They will turn their ears away from the truth and instead turn to myths.
This is a reminder for us to be aware of false prophets. (Mt 7:15) We need to guard ourselves, our family members, and our members from the danger of these false prophets. Most importantly, we need to know who, what, and where these false prophets are.
Can you identify who, what, and where these false prophets are in your life?
How do you guard yourself, your family members, and your members from the influence of these false prophets?
Do you discern on what to say to others? Consciously or unconsciously you may be acting as false prophets!
